charge, art, knocks, filaments, cell, sticky,
pearls, bone, linen, air, beware, skin, call
When the Muse Comes to Call
From afar I heard the call
A charge to keep
She knocked upon my door
Filaments of her hair
Every color of the rainbow
Her skin glowed in the morning air
Dressed in linen
Voice like pearls
Every cell in my body responded
In the depth of my bones
Her words are written
She is with me daily
She rules the practice of art
Beware her message is sticky
You will not be able to put it down
Note: Every artist has her muse. I imagine my muse brings colors, and her clothes are covered with patterns.

You are so talented…Love it. LB
smiles…how colorful your muse….and a sticky message, that is not bad at all….pretty cool fabric in the pic at the top…voice like pearls every cell responding that is pretty cool…
I love the flow of opening words..like fabric airing in the breeze..waiting to be invited in..she sounds like life itself..I am glad she came to your door..Jae x
I’m so glad the muse’s messages are sticky, else I would put them down time and time again!

I love the riotous colors of your muse, and yes, the fact that her messages stick, allowing us the time to listen. Good one, Annell,
Ah, the ever elusive muse, I know her well, Annell. Nice piece.
The last three lines are my favorites. And I LOVE that dress at the top!
But that sticky fingers sensation is just so addictive!
